I use Level-1 as a coffee creamer for my morning coffee. It helps to quickly curb my hunger from not eating while I was sleeping.

For cooking, it is used in the Gluten Free Pancakes and Protein cookies.

Both Microfactor and Full-Mega are taken with my breakfast.

Microfactor helps with filling the micronutrient gaps in my diet, especially being on such a strict meal plan.

Full-Mega helps improve my bodies nutrient uptake into the muscle cell, supporting better muscle cell function and recovery.

Endura-formance

This is the pre-workout that I use when I want to decrease my caffeine intake, but still have all the other benefits of a pre-workout.

Post-workout Stack

My favorite part of the day!! Phormula-1 is a fast acting protein, and when combined with Ignition, a simple carbohydrate, my body gets the nutrients it needs to get as much muscle building time possible.

Creatine

Creatine helps to have more power on demand during my workouts. This is in addition to the creatine that is in my pre-workout supplement.

M-Factor Kiddos

My son’s version of my multi-vitamin. He has been taking them pretty much everyday since he turned 2.

It’s nice knowing that he is getting the gaps in his nutrition filled just like mine are!

This protein is used in the Gluten Free Pancakes.
