Orders are due by the end of Thursday, and are available for pickup on Mondays.
The pickup location is Kelli’s Body Shop, but if that does not work for you, please reach out and we will see what we can do.

Supplements
Both my son and I take supplements daily to help fill the gaps in our diets. It is difficult to get all the nutrients that our bodies need to function optimally through only whole foods, so I have included the supplements that I use for personal use and for cooking!
